Job Opening - Animal Control Officer

The Humane Society of Henderson County is looking for an Animal Control Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for all animal control runs in the city and county, evaluating animals for health and special needs, clean and care for the kennel animals. Animal control officers rotate on call shifts, and are subject to 24 hour a day call out, must be able to think clearly under pressure, and perform state certified humane euthanasia when necessary. Stop by 203 Drury Lane for an application.  Also, must have a valid driver license and not been convicted of a felony. Misdemeanor convictions will be considered on a case by case basis.
